They do a good job of muffling sound for everyday use. There is also a small plastic pouch that holds two just in case of travelling. Every little sound wakes him up, and it was making him very irritable during the day.

Cons
The handy holder is a boon and is an added addition but doesn't make up for what this product lacks. They are soft and don't hurt the ear canal but they're not at all effective to block heavy snoring.

The foam is super soft so you can squeeze it to insert and it goes in super easily then expands to seal

The actual earplugs are extremely lightweight and soft foam so you hardly feel anything its not uncomfortable at all really
