Pros
Replacement tips work awesome if done correctly. It's nice that they send three sizes. Takes the guesswork out of ordering. Then, you attach the new cover (once you have the black part showing). Great value for the money.
Just needed to replace a torn airpod tip. They seem to hold the headphones in my ear better. Not identical to the air pod ones but works just fine.
Cons
Very dissatisfied and disappointing. All 3 sizes are useless. Noise cancellation/transparency does not perform like normal.

When taking out the old cushion you can easily rip it which the head that clicks on the airpods

If you take out the cushion and its white still this means the cushion got ripped and you will need to take it out otherwise these wont fit
