These work flawlessly. Works perfectly as advertised. Wish they offered a version with right-angle rca plugs.

Cons

Only works with a 10ft long cable. When i use with 50ft cat6 no audio goes thru. The unit drops the sound signal by a substantial amount.

I use it to get audio from a mixer over a 100 cat5e ethernet cable to a recording device

Running a cat5 wire and using these adapters to connect to tvs and receivers rca jacks did the trick for me
