Pros & Cons

Pros

My only dislike is that the cover is very hard to remove. But i adjust and nobody is complaining.

Snap-on metal lid lets you stack things on top of it in the fridge. Cooks evenly, no hot spots. Lid is tight when hot, this is a good thing.

Easy peasy clean up. They wash up beautifully. It also cleans super easily - it's stainless so you won't ruin it in the dishwasher.

These pans make beautiful cakes and desserts. Best pan out there at this price point and design. Versatile pan, for sure. Overall a good pan.

Cons

The metal (stainless steel) is not heavy gage, it is thin. The stainless is slick too, so even harder to grip. The lid is very difficult to get on and off.
