Pros
Noise cancelling works very well. With them switched on it is easier to hear audio in a noisy environment like on a plane or train, so perfect for watching in-flight movies.
The lindy nc40's have the look and feel of a higher-end brand whilst retaining an impressive build quality. For £32 well chuffed.
Very nice sounding headphones.
Cons
The sound is very hollow with no definition. Very poor noise cancelling, only removes about 30% of sound. When using the noise canceling function you get a lot of humming, background noise.
It's like it's incapable of handling any base. Very disappointing. Hurts my ears.

The battery cover is a little flimsy and make sure you take spare batteries for a long trip

Red light when the device is on is at the front of the unit is a little annoying as people think you are a security guard when they see it on
