Pros

This is the sturdiest frame that i have seen in a long time. It is very lightweight and the carrying bag is not bad. Light weight but very solid and sturdy.

It makes it easy to carry and stow away. Quick shipment, packaging and we are completely happy.

Cons

It just * to be so wasteful and it doesn't help our planet. Not at all happy.

Amazon was helpful in letting me return. Now i also notices that the black anodizing was scraped off in two places, so i have to wonder if this thing is a return that was sold as new. Trying to reach the seller.

Mario called me 61 minutes from the time i sent the email.

I contacted limostudio and they quickly sent me a new center rod.

I emailed customer service in a panic needing help within a 2 hour time frame to be ready for my daughter's prom.

I missed the deadline to return cause i opened the package late 🤧 so now i am stuck with it.

My first backdrop stand arrived in a damaged box.
