Pros

Two hard lacrosse balls and one spiked massager. Great for massaging those aching muscles and relieving tension.

The blue foot ball is so good on sore feet. Relieves my tiered sore feet quickly. One time before running, one time after running, and once in the evening before bedtime.

The photo of this product in its mesh bag is a blatant lie. It is too hard for my body. The return costs almost $8! That is just very unfair!
