I took it in drink form taking about one good sized sip every couple hours throughout the day and i tried it in multiple different situations to make sure that it was giving the effect i thought it was

That having been said i asked for my initial dose to be level 10 on almost all aspects except for antianxiety wasnt sure what that was so left it at 5

Im guessing those with bad experiences either didnt follow instructions or modify those instructions based on physical reactions or only took it less than a month

There is no reason you have to take these daily there is no ramp up or crash cycle
