Pros
It works great as outdoor decor. It is lightweight yet sturdy enough. Looking at it puts my mind at ease during stressful situations, and reminds me that whatever i'm feeling, good or bad, it's only temporary.
Love the well made craftsmanship, the stones, and the antique style. The blue colored stones are very vibrant.

The stones do not glow in the dark as described.

It is light weight so outside placement should be on the ground since wind could knock it over.

However, there is a hole on the bottom which would allow you to make it very heavy by poring sand inside and plug the hole.

Afterwards, you could place it off ground without worrying about easy knock over.

My only issue is that the glow-in-the-dark stones do not glow in the dark.
