I have this pad installed on a magpul ctr milspec stock
Fits the magpul moe carbine stock very well very easy to install should work well on my vr80 12ga shotgun
There is a youtube video that shows this very well at 225 of the limbsaver video
Tried this compared to magpuls and hate the magpul brand

There is a plastic spacer then the rubber part so i had to cut a little foam in my case to get it to fit

Put this limb saver on the magpul bought the magpul stock specifically for this as the factory one didnt work with it

My ar10 308 was painful to shoot for long periods of time with the standard magpul buttpad on my ctr stock which despite the way it looks is actually just hard plastic
