Pros

The nickel trim is of high quality, as are the instruments themselves. Beautiful cherry finish. Decorative and family enjoys it.

Galileo thermometer with a beautiful design. Shows temperature, barometric pressure and hydrometer. The temperature bulbs are fun to watch and it's easy to glance from across the room to get an idea of the temperature.

Quartz clock runs a little fast, about 5 minutes, but at least it's consistent. Seems to work reasonably well. The clock keeps time well running on a round 357/303 battery.

It's like the alligator from peter pan is lurking in my house!

Cons

Very disappointed in this item. It's faulty and should have never been sold as is. There was no padding of any kind, either in the box or in the envelope.

The galileo thermometer does not work. There is an 1 air gap in the thermometer, so that maybe why it isn't working. The minute hand is stuck. The ball floats also are unreliable.

Definitely worth the money and it was packaged very well better than i couldve done it lol

Also the packaging was top notch looked like alot of care went into it

It is wrapped up in the box so i can’t show a picture

The packaging was secure so it arrived unharmed

Competitiveness

I looked at most similar items on amazon and this is the one id recommend unless you prefer a brasstype trim finish
