The bra keeps riding up not comfortable

Im smallbreasted so i need all the help i can get and this bra does give me some oomph but i think it is designed to make it look like you have cleavage and so your boobs get kind of pushed together rather than lifted and enhanced to make it look like your boobs are a little bit larger

The lace on the cup does cause a ridge under thinner shirts but it isn’t horrible
