I contacted lillebaby and they required me to cut the foam part of the straps and then sent me a new one under warranty

The neck support folds down so baby can see or can come up for when hes sleeping or if babe is too little to support his own head

The only downside if you are using the lumbar support the waistband will only adjust so small
