I would say it does run somewhat small based on the other reviews i bought 66x for my daughter who currently wear that size in most other popular childrens clothing but it was too tight on her dorso and somewhat short

In both dresses the zipper on the dress does not work super smoothly but good enough that we decided to keep the dress
