I compared this product to the thermarest neoair and this one is twice as full when blown up completely better serve as a pillow
Not even that difficult to get back into the also tiny bag
My solution was to just put it into the same stuff sack i use for my quilt

I ended up wrapping a tshirt around it on a recent backpacking trip and have since purchased a pillow case for it
I put a tshirt over this to act as a makeshift pillowcase but it doesnt really need one
I carried a small youth tshirt to use as a pillow case

There was no way i could accommodate a fluffy camp pillow and id tried a couple compressible pillows all of which ended up providing the support youd get out of a wet sock
