Pros

Authentic lightspeed ear pads. Replacing original deteriorating seals took less than 5 minutes. Oem replacement. Comfortable and exactly the same quality as the original.

They make the headset feel brand new again. It restores the headset to original noise reduction level. Also refreshes the look.

Great product. Great quality. Worked as advertised. This company is reliable and the product is made well. Perfect fit and amazing quality.

Easy to install. Installed in less than 1 minute. The old ones just pull out of the ear cup and the new ones snap in.

Cons

Easy to install but poor quality. Seals were replaced once, then came unglued again within a week.
