You put the nut over the screw before you screw it in to the walldoor and the nut will allow you to thread the cap on once install is complete

When i ordered there wasnt anything in the description or seller details that indicated it would be imported into canada so when i was told there was a cash on delivery cod upon pickup at the post office i was not too happy

I emailed the seller immediately to ask about this detail missing from their product detail and they were willing to refund me the cod charge as a gesture of good customer service
