I really sugest to have a risk to buy those leds for dimmer applications they never will be 100 accurate i tested a toshiba led bulb and the same thing
What a waste of my time the 2700k of color is really beautiful is led so all pros you probably have evaluated of this new trend but i really do not suggest to use this model for leviton dimmer they say it is totally compatible but i guess it is not pefect yet i bought one to test it with my brandnew leviton dimmer and it is not working properly it flicks and when you cover 50 of the dimmer the led turn completly off as a different of incandesent bulbs which covers complete grade of dimmer
