Pros

In my novice opinion this lens is worth twice the price. This is a lens that takes patience and skill but if you have those it is totally worth the money.

This is a great lens for a beginner that has a desire to dabble into more extensive shots. Some chromatic aberration is to be expected, but overall if your subject is center, it's not bad. The lenses seem crystal clear.

It makes it easier than carrying my 3-ft telescope with a 900mm focal length around if i just want to do terrestrial shots. The robins were captured with this lens at 800mm. Great price for an 800mm but manual focus only.

The only issue i have is with the t-mount. Do use a tripod or monopod when zoomed. As with any telephoto lens of this caliber, a tripod is almost always necessary.

Focus ring is tight, and i like that. It clips on snug and was easy to figure out how to focus. It's an adjustment from usingnauto focus to manual focus but i like the challenge.

Image quality is on par with some of my older basic canon lenses softness in image details chromatic aberration etc

This product works great but it’s way more than a normal photographer needs

The picture quality is alright i’ve noticed the lighting gets worse the farther you zoom in

Picture quality is yet to be determined but the image on the cameras viewing screen is impressive

For the price i paid it a great deal for decent pictures

It was easy to set up and use right out of the box

With simple direction from the discription i was able to jump right in

Since no electronics the camer doesnt detect it

It was delivered on november 27th 2023 and finally got it attached to the d850 on the 29th
