Small footprint makes it less portable, but sturdy.
It emulates real sunlight for the winter months when you don't get enough of it. I wake up before the sun rises, which gets longer over the winter. It really helps with seasonal mood disorders.
Good intuitive interface. Them restart light/timer. Also useful as a work light when fixing my bikes.
Cons
This lamp did nothing to help with my depression, maybe i need a stronger light or this does not work on my depression.
