My only wish is that they would install a tilt position lock but other than that i am very pleased with my purchase
I am thoroughly please with the chair for comfort
I wanted the model with the headrest 36806 but it was cheaper to buy this model and the headrest separately

Here is a nice alternative to the h miller aeron without the price
A chair with this price should last longer

The chair is real comfortable and rolls easily on carpet but after a year and a half the pads on the arm rests are both cracking

Warranty is only one year so if i want them replaced i will have to pay for it myself

If youre planning on adding the headrest to the 3680 check the two mounting holes at the top and verify that the threaded inserts are included

The chair is solid lots of metal in used in all key structural points and a double layer of thick plastic in the one point that isnt
