Pros

Each lampshade has a different recommended wattage to be used with them. Needed light in bedroom. Just the right size and brightness. The only con is how much i have to twist the switch to get the lightbulb to turn on.

be sure to carry it upright. Surprisingly sturdy for a lamp, the base is solid too. I wish the base was a little larger and heavier.

Cons

There is a narrow screw on where the pole connects to the base. Even main pole is not straight or sturdy. The lower arm is so feeble that it can't stand up to its own weight.

Very cheaply made. Very flimsy for the price. When this thing strips out from hand tightening there is a definite problem.
