They are alexa compatible but when using with alexa you must address the specific skill example alexa tell lifx to change room color to red

Perhaps this is because i have them linked to each of the services individually instead of trying to bridge the services to each other

The app is unreliable at reading the onoff state of the bulbs

Frequently i will open the app to see the correct current status of all of the lights only for it to automatically refresh and tell me that all of the bulbs have lost connectivity
