Highlights
Quality
Works great and got my opener working like new
The quality is identical to the original part
This time i was really liberal with the amount of white grease that i applied to the screw
Price
I cant believe the installation cost was quoted at 160
Competitiveness
A lot cheaper than calling the garage door company
That is not the factory reccommended grease but i believe it will work fine and hopefully last longer
Garage door is functional again at a much cheaper cost than replacing the unit
