The salt side corrodes pretty quickly. The adjustment screw breaks. The end caps are not snug enough.

For final rinse i used water that was about 140° f to be sure pathogens were killed and left it in the water for about 2 minutes from what i was taught that requires water temp over 120° please verify this for your own safety i laid the storage compartment piece on its side and all pieces separately on a cooling rack for max airflow over two nights to be certain it completely dried i dont want to allow pathogens a chance
