You might think those are purely cosmetic but there is a big difference the leather one is more rigid than the cotton ones make it hard to fit the contour of the face at the edges

I really do love it i only wish there could be heat settings because sometimes it does get a little too hot and the heat temperature is inconsistent between each use as well as i wish the cord were longer but really minor things when you look at the big picture of what this is really used for

I changed the plug the part that goes into the outlet not a part of this unit

Does not directly contact eye lids if you have higher nose or eyebrow ridge or if you eyes are set deep

The lack of an onoff switch is a significant drawback otherwise the unit has to be unplugged at the wall

The 30 including shipping cost is a highbutacceptable price for this product would pay up to 5 more if it had an onoff switch and temperature control
