I added a bandprotector heavyduty plastic grips and a door anchor to be able to get the most out of this band and its been great
This band is a 100lbs band and works as expected
Dont forget its rated 100lbs so its not for beginners
Im up to 200lb and wondering if the handles can take 300lb
