I set it up to dial my phone only which it did without incident

At first i could not answer the call by pressing a button on my iphone so the device kept calling and i could not stop it until i turned off the base

I contacted the company for help and discovered that if you are using a bluetooth device your phone may not send the base unit the connecting signal

Also the person using the alert must be near the base unit to be able to talk to the person who’s been called

He accidentally hit the bottom several times and 911 was not to pleased when they showed up for no reason
