Pros

The magnesium flakes are fabulous and really work. It is also available in a spray which we also use.

By applying to the skin, it bypasses all the organs and is absorbed quickly. Works to calm eczema flare ups as well.

This magnesium helps with aches & pains replacement for epsom salt for those of us with blood pressure issues. I use this product to make mag-oil and essential oil scented bath salts used for taking relaxing baths and foot soaks.

Cons

There is no reason the lid was off the jar. Did not seem to do anything for my grandson or myself.
