I use to use a different brand that was 25 mg for past 20 years but couldn't find it so I tried this one. I decided I wanted to try 15 mg. because my dhea levels were always kind of high but I felt great. 10-12 mg was too little for me (I was often sad, down, moody, very sensitive), but this 15 mg. seems to be working out fine. I hope that my dhea levels are a little lower when I do labs again. I would probably by this again.  Read Less

Jus gunna put this here. This stuff works for menopause and im taking the lowest dose. I stopped taking HRT 5 days ago because it just wasn't working anymore and not sure it really did and was tired of talking with my OB about why it's not working and she said it's just what you go thru. Umm no. So i researched this stuff and decided to take it knowing it could go any direction lol . So far so good. DUDE I feel like myself again, no brain fog, no depression, no hot flashes ,no cravings, all day energy, no bloating, boobs deflated some lol and great sleep! Super bizarre but hella grateful this works. It may not be for everyone tho.Happy customer/ woman/ person here!!!!! So glad my quality of life is back...at least for now!  Read Less

These were recommended to me by a pharmacist during a consultation after I had a hormone salvia test done. When seeing the results of the test, he recommended I take a DHEA 15 mg pill daily for two weeks and then after the 2 weeks, switch to every other day. I had not been able to sleep through the night for at least 2 or 3 years due to my body heating up quite a bit 2 to 3 hours after falling asleep. Many a night I had night sweats. This would go on for hours. It would take anywhere from 1/2 to 1 hour to cool off and I had to get up or I could not cool off. Needless to say I was not getting enough sleep and was tired. From the second day I started taking the DHEA, I had no night sweats, my body did not heat up anymore when sleeping and I have been able to sleep through the night. I am not tired anymore, I can get up early on weekends. It is wonderful!I appreciated the pharmacist's recommendation, but realized he is not a doctor. So I did see my doctor about 3 weeks later and told him what I was doing and asked if it was okay to take this long term. I don't think anyone should be on this without approval from a doctor.I am now taking the pill every other day. I have been taking these at the time of this writing for 1 month with the same great results every night.  Read Less
