Life extension is a great brand that i know in can trust. Good cur cumin tmeric capsules. Arrived in good time.

This is a 30 capsule bottle, where serving size is 1 capsule taken once daily with food. Contains 40% of curcuminoids, 30% of galactomannans, and 3% of turmerones. Sources are from both turmeric rhizome and fenugreek seed.

Life extension claims their supplement is more absorbable than conventional curcumin supplements. They also say they use vegetable stearates to help with consistency and ease of loading the capsules. This is a good supplement.

Cons

This type cannot be used by those who have gallstones. Apparently even if there has been active gall bladder incidents in many years.
