This is a great combination that will cure you. It seems to help a lot. Helps with improving mood. I have this crazy belief that my out of control rage has become under control since taking a pill a day.

Combined with melatonin, it seems to help! Calms and relaxes me for a great night sleep. I slept like a dream.

Two capsules on an empty stomach about an hour before bed seems to be the right dosage for me. I wish this came in a tablet or a chewable form. It takes 3 to do the job, and the capsules are large.

Lidtke is one of the few sources of l-tryptophan that show some kind of stamp of good housekeeping. The pills are packaged very nicely in an actual glass bottle.
