Pros
It has great grip no matter how wet you get it. It has serrated teeth in the comb that doesn't hurt the kids head. If you use enough conditioner and brush before using the comb, it doesn't pull too bad.
This comb. Is a godsend. This comb is a lifesaver! I am so happy this comb is back in stock.
I think that alone almost eradicated the outbreak.
Waaaay better than the combs sold with the products for lice treatment. The rubberized grip allows you to use the comb with conditioner. This comb was recommended to us by a professional nit-picker.
Cons
There is no way that comb will go through long hair. Also where the teeth meet the brush on each side it the hair catches on the lip. This thing is a cruel joke for those that are desperately searching for a solution.

You basically have to comb them out and this is the only comb that will get them out
