Pros
It emits a low hum and when it zaps a lice the noise stops. Knowing that any lice will be zapped is very reassuring. After a three month long infestation - my daughter's hair is clear.
Cons
The noise sounds like tinnitus, it's too faint and after a week got fainter depsite changing batteries. It comes apart sometimes when you're combing. Not eligible for a return, so no refund.
