However yesterday when i opened my new box to install two ink cartridges it became apparent that one of the magenta pink cartridges was broken and leaking in the sealed plastic packet

I was very happy about that ink but when i put it in the printer not working the printer says not recognize ink

My own thing i should have taken my ink level picture before i did my needed printing so you can see the printer recognizes them all at 100 full

Printed roughly 30 sheets by the time i remembered i wanted to take that picture showing all the cartridges being recognized correctly
