It was hard to connect to my phone the first time but then it did connect but when i had to replace my phone it was much harder to connect to it

Im no pro in this arena but i bought a pair of jbl free x buds and the volume immediately disappointed me so i sent them back within 24 hours

Also the ease of use these are sooooo simple and i like the fact that once you put them in the case they disconnect when you take them out of your ear they disconnect when you place them in your ear they connect automatically and you can use either or both interchangeably without opening the app

I bought this as a airpod replacement they are pretty good but not quite there yet they are not good in noisy areas
