Brass is a must for(stainless steel will damage the coating) ceramic coated cooking grates. It cleans as well as you would expect it to. The brass bristles do a fine job cleaning the grates without scratching the porcelain finish.

Brush works great but if they just lengthened the handle by 8-10 inches it would be prefect. The long version is long enough. Handle length is just right for easy operation without burning oneself.

This brush still looks like new and thats with me storing it outside and occasionally in the rain. As with all libman products, well made and durable. In short, this product is well worth the price premium to the rubbermaid.

The bristle density is better than most brushes and works very well. They wear well and really clean the grill--he is a stickler for cleaning up every time he grills something.

Short handle of the brush makes it impractical. The bristles fall off and onto to grate with every use. Also, the bristles break down quickly and don't hold up.

The length of the handle is so short that it prevented me from using the brush on a hot grill without a separate grill glove. It has a short handle making it difficult to use when cleaning with burners on without getting your hand burnt.
