Bought this as the discharge line for a makeshift sump pump a 13 hp superior

After all what good is a sump pump if the hose breaks thus returning all the water back into the basementwith that in mind i reinforced this hose by wrapping it with 12 overlap using a highquality duct tape spirally along the entire length

I didnt want the hassle of installing the permanent pvc piping plus its a lot easier to remove the pump for inspection if the line is flexible

Considering though that this product is made of soft polyethylenelike plastic i did not have the full confidence in how well it will perform
