Prosit is light to carryit has shoulder strap and handlesit is a nice colorit makes bleachers more cushionyyou can attach it to the bleacher seat with an elastic strapconsif you are at all chunky it doesnt seem to fit rightthe back support is lacking doesnt exert any resistance on my backhard to adjust straps while sitting in itoverall i will keep and use this seat because it does help and is far easier for me than these biggerheavier ones with the frames inside
