Pros
Soft and velvety to the touch. Awesome to be hitachi hands free to boot. If you are going solo right now this is a must have!
Cons
The tip of the hitachi wand sticks out way too far. I'm short and this is too tall for me. Unable to use.

You do have to thread the cord through the hole and if you put it on a hard surface the wand against the hard surface can be noisy

Great product but has some issues

The front where the wand goes is not quite deep enough for the length of the wand handle so it causes the head of the wand to sit too high or it hangs out of the bottom
