If your not sure of the order of the channels and bands not clearly marked on the camera board or marked so tiny that my eyes cant see it you can refer to the instruction guide as they ordered the same in the provided chart

One of the leafs on the antenna is separated but doesnt seem to impact the signal much if any

Item arrived very quickly and was well packaged as for the camera itself im amazed at how small this is about 12 the size of your average quadvopter fpv camera not to mention that the transmitter is included within the body making for an fpv setup that weighs a mere 4
