Pros

It is a little heavy but it has rollers. Seems a tad bit fancier, too. The noise level is much louder than i expected.

Comes with the duct and window installation kit and showed up in tact. I look forward to using this for 5 years before it craps out, too.

Cons

Dual hose units are much more efficient. No cooling air at all. The stats claim 11 amps. In general, portable units are not as efficient as window units.

The coiling venting unit becomes disconnected with each use. It’s a real struggle to get it reconnected. It happens every time the compressor switches over.

After 3 calls to them, i'm still no closer to them replacing or refunding me my money. Their entire process is ridiculous, ineffective and inconvenient. Will be out of warranty soon.
