Day-to-day smoothness of the upscaling is something i really like. Picture is excellent and is on par with my flagship samsung model. Best picture of any big tv.
The remote has a clicker-wheel type selector in the middle of it. If you scroll up or down, an on-screen pointer will appear. This is very handy when you are trying to navigate the plethora of menu's.
Cons

With the prices of tvs dropping you expect that you have to sacrifice quality and advanced features in order to get a sub2k 86 inch tv

The value is definitely there if youre looking for a low cost 120hz tv this is a buy
For a tv this size the price is very good
Shipping
My tv was lost and delayed without amazon tracking it down through the shipping companies we may never have recieved it
I dont understand why people give low star ratings for something that happens during shipping or otherwise
Packaging/appearance
All i had to do was lift the packaging off connect the wires and lift it to the mounts
Came in great condition the shipping company unboxed it and took away the packaging the sound is wayy better than i thought it would be
They did not it took at least two people to get the tv out of the box
Competitiveness
A 2 person job because of its weight and sizetv works great however the one disappointment is in the lg thinq app for alexa
I got it on a phenomenal sale
Make sure you get a bracket that can hold over a 100lbs

Tv says have two people help pull out the box so they are trying to do it alone i assume and dropping it
