Pros

The remote has a clicker-wheel type selector in the middle of it. This is very handy when you are trying to navigate the plethora of menu's that appear. I hope they add youtube music app soon.

If you want a tv that is a little nicer than the 75 hisense that you can get for like 600 on sale, this is the tv for you. Order and shipment scheduling was easy.

The value is definitely there if youre looking for a low cost 120hz tv this is a buy

For a tv this size the price is very good

Shipping

My tv was lost and delayed without amazon tracking it down through the shipping companies we may never have recieved it

I dont understand why people give low star ratings for something that happens during shipping or otherwise

Packaging/appearance

All i had to do was lift the packaging off connect the wires and lift it to the mounts

Came in great condition the shipping company unboxed it and took away the packaging the sound is wayy better than i thought it would be

They did not it took at least two people to get the tv out of the box

Competitiveness

A 2 person job because of its weight and sizetv works great however the one disappointment is in the lg thinq app for alexa

I got it on a phenomenal sale

Make sure you get a bracket that can hold over a 100lbs
