Either way just choose that option using the weird joystick menu thing on the monitor

It will not autoswitch between the two in response to a signal but changing the inputs using the nipple joystick on the bottom screen edge is painless enough

The sound is predictably tinny and flat ok for occasional use watching video clips listening in on conference calls probably passable for games i havent tried but you wouldnt want to watch a movie on it

Upgrading from quad 4k to fullon 4k is a huge difference so god knows what it must be like to go from 1080p to this
