Do not get those small metal pulley devices that are show on coops garage gym reviews

Those are trash and will not work for any serious or useful lifting

Similar pulleys are sold in hardware stores for half the price but theyre all metal are squeaky and have a larger channel that doesnt hold the cable in meaning it tends to rub against the edge of the wheel which is sharpish

Ive bought several metal versions from home depot or canadian tire and it was squeaky and metal shavings came off
