Pros
Great leather cleaner. Including a soft sponge or micro fiber clothe helps to apply the treatment.
Low odor. Didn't brown leather too much and texture looks way richer. My shoes & boots.
Cons
After using the cleaner and conditioner, both products have visible dry areas that were not there before. Label leads you to believe it's the product from years ago (when they made it right) but then they send you their new label. Boo on you.

I was very pleased with the results
It did not remove the blood as well as i hoped but that may be due to the delay from the stain to purchasing the product
