Pros

The ink does not smudge or wear like an inkjet printer would. It yields double-sided, crisp, color documents rapidly with no paper jams. It also prints double sided if needed so that saves paper for us.

Easy set up comes with lan, wifi, usb hook up. However, there's a bar-code scanner for your phone to register the printer.

Cons

I hate that this big hunk of plastic will be in landfill. It’s huge and very heavy as well. Now i’m out hundreds of dollars and i have to pay to have it recycled.

It looks more like printing than toner smearing. Cyan cartridge error first time plugging in. Consistently prints crooked.

Why can’t i just use bluetooth or why doesn't it connect with my wireless network. Bought through dell, cannot get a real person on the phone to speak to them about problem. One year warranty only.
