I recommend using a new blade dish soap mixed with filtered water i have hard water in a spray bottle and at least a soft firm squeegee and one that is firm plastic

I first thoroughly cleaned both sides of the glass

Removed all the excess film to leave just the cut out

Put a piece of tape on each side of the film

Taking my soft rubber but firm squeegee i place the squeegee in the center and with firm pressure moved the squeegee away from the center and with repeated strokes in every direction in order to remove the soapy water and bubbles

Then using a firmer hard plastic squeegee again starting the strokes from the center and removing any bubbles that remain also making sure that the tint is firmly adhered to all of the edges of the window
