Pros

Hardback construction means they're robust and can take quite a bit of rough handling if necessary. If that’s not what you use, there are other brands that are cheaper and as good as this one. Ideal for a couple of recipes and a couple for work.

Cons

There is alot of ghosting and bleeding through the page. Even pencil and biro shows through the back of the page and looks really bad. The only one which is not ghosting among that i've tried is a pencil!

The hardback looks and feels tacky and is scuffed in the corner. Not looking like something that had been gouged and dented.

The paper is so thin that it could be used as tracing paper instead. I think i will only be able to write on one side of the paper for this notebook, unless i want it do look very scruffy! The quality of the paper is disgusting for the price they char...  Read More

The printing is darker, the binding is inferior, the insides of the pages on the seam areas do not lay flat. Due to the worse binding the book itself is thinner. New version has no tear-out sheets.

Quality

Strong durable it even has a pocket at the back i don’t think it has mentioned where you can place stuff in

Great product nice thick pages and good quality

Theres just a simple understated leuchturm1917 on the inside flap which makes it feel like grandfathers old journal

75 and two months unwanted subscription to prime 17

Price

Its a bit pricey but for me it is worth the money

Much more than i expected and price seems costly but really is worth it

Shipping

Good delivery time and decent longwearing product

I just wish more colours were available with shorter shipping times

Competitiveness

The sheer lack of any branding or silly quotes even a logo makes it better in my mind obviously you need to remove the cardboard flap

This should not be something to praise but so many other companies screw this up

So they are a bit better than moleskine so if choosing between these and moleskine and these are cheaper or same price go for these
